We are Organisational Psychologists, our business is to help you hire tough and manage easy. Robin McKay - MA(Hons) I/O Psych

RobRob has an extensive background of 25 plus years in the New Zealand and Australian broadcasting industries. He pioneered commercial FM radio on both sides of the Tasman. Being an owner, operator and consultant of many radio properties, small and large, Rob has a solid base of general business and marketing knowledge in an industry that is very dependent on 'people performance'.

After selling his radio interests in the early 90s, Rob went back to school! Over 5 years of full-time study he gained a BA in Business Psychology and a MA(Hons) in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from Massey University. Rob's the author of "No More Square Pegs" plus several eBooks, dozens of articles, plus his weekly podcasts at Tipsforhiring.com   

Dr Ruth Jillings - PGDip I/O Psych, PG Cert CBT, PG Cert Hlth Sci 

staff ruthRuth has a Ph.D in Psychology, She is a regular on TVNZ's Good Morning, National Radio, ZB Network and About Kids Magazine. She guest lectures at Massey University and prior to her academic career owned and operated her own interior design franchised business in Canada.

Ruth is an accomplished presenter, consultant and counsellor. Her main areas of interest are workplace wellbeing and career development.
