These are questions you would normally ask in your first interview relating to work experience, personality, or the candidate’s understanding of your organisation.
They are not listed here to ensure candidates do not see them before the video interview but can be emailed to you at the time of order or on request.
The candidates will typically record one video response per interview question while at home on a mobile device, laptop or tablet. It can also be completed at the applicant’s preferred time.
Not only can questions be customised for each placement, but the amount of pressure (time to prepare and time to respond) can also be modified meaning the platform can meet the needs of any position.
These videos are then stored on a secure platform for clients to sign in and watch at their convenience. Decision-makers in the hiring process are given access and call each watch, replay, share, fast-forward these video responses at their convenience.
The team reviewing a candidate can rate each answer, these are automatically consolidated into an overall candidate score. A candidate who is not deemed a good fit can be screened out immediately, something that is impossible to do in a face to face interview.
