Personality profiles explain the style of how things will be done – the person’s innate characteristics of their preferred way of doing things or reacting. The cognitive tests are relevant for most jobs, the results will indicate the rate at which people process information.

Your ideal hire should fit the role and your company culture. But there’s only so much you can learn from an interview.

Prevue’s Culture Assessment, examining 40 workplace values, is grounded in extensive organizational culture research. The Prevue Psychometrics team rigorously reviewed literature, and conducted additional research, creating a framework that categorizes these values into eight groups based on similar themes. This allows for an accurate evaluation of whether a candidate’s priorities across 8 categories align with the culture of  the company that is considering hiring them

The first step is the define your organisational culture, there can be more than one if your culture differs by location, or department. Current employees complete a quick 5-7 min survey on how they view the company culture, you define who,  and how many people participate. Once the Culture profile is created, candidates can be asked what is important to them in their workplace. Their responses are then compared against your defined Culture profile across 8 categories.

Once your Culture Profile has been created there is no additional cost for asking your candidates to respond to the culture-fit survey when they are  completing a Prevue Job-Assessment

60-100% is a strong Culture Match, 41-59% is Moderate Culture Match and 0-40% is a Low Culture Match.
